The Impact Pads protect the Milligram from dents without penalizing the weight. Whether you are used to weeklong adventures or a quick run after work, you will soon appreciate the benefit of having a very light weight splitboard. In ride mode it is so smooth and responsive to rider inputs that it's easy to forget you're riding a splitboard. The holes in the tip and tail make it even more convenient to attach the ski skins. The new "rubbery side" used along the central crack puts an end to the unnerving creak and improves the friction of the two halves of the board once assembled.
