All the new products sold by the site are covered by the conventional manufacturer guarantee and by the 24 month defect warranty,(D.Lgs. n. 206/2005).
This warranty is reserved for private users, for those that make a professional use/or buy with invoice, the warranty is 12 months as prescribed in 1999/44/CE.
Used products are sold with "saw & liked" clause so they're not provided with a warranty.
To make use of the warranty, the client must preserve the receipt/invoice received by mail or in the package of the product. The execution of the warranty could need the intervention of official assistance centers in the country.
The conventional guarantee of the manufacturer is provided by the terms written in the papers that accompany the product. if, after an intervention by an authorized assistance center, the defect results out of the conventional manufacturer guarantee, the client would be charged with the eventual examination and refurbishment costs requested by the assistance, as well as the handling costs, if supported by THIRD GENERATION
The 24 month warranty, in accordance with D.Lgs. n. 206/2005, is applied on a product that shows a conformity defect, as long as the product was used correctly, in the respect of it's destination use and with what is written in the technical documentation provided. in the case of a conformity defect, THIRD GENERATION will arrange, without cost to the customer,a refurbishment to the conformity of the product through repair/substitution o at a price reduction, up to a resolution of the contract. If, after an intervention by an authorized assistance center, the defect results out of the warranty (D.Lgs. n. 206/2005), the client would be charged with the eventual examination and refurbishment costs requested by the assistance, as well as the handling costs, if sustained by THIRD GENERATION
In the case that, for any reason, is not able to give back an item with warranty (refurbished or substituted), THIRD GENERATION could proceed at own discretion at the retituction of the import payed keeping count of the use of the product or at a substitution with a same specifics or better model.
The period of time for the intervention or substitution depend exclusively on manufacturers advice and no damage could e charged at THIRD GENERATION for eventual delays in refurbishment or substitution.
In the case of an execution of a warranty, the good has to be sent in the original packaging, complete in all of its parts (including packing material and all documentation and accessories spare parts, batteries,chargers, cables, ecc.); to limit damage on the original package we reccomend to put it in a second package; in all cases we descourage you to apply any stickers or notices directly on the original package. The client will be provided with a return number (RMA) that has to be aplpied on the outer side of the package, following the indications provided in the authorization mail.
WARRANTY AND RESPONSABILITY LIMITATIONS
The warranty is not applied to damage caused by negligence, installation and use wrong and not conform to advise and instruction written in the documentation, for bad use, abuse, degeneration, thunders, atmospheric phenomenon, overcurrent and overvoltage, irregular or insufficient electric alimentation, adapting or modifying, neither a damege provoked by incorrect use as described by security advices. The installation of technical items must be performed by an authorized/expert. Particularly are under warranty limitations those items that degenerate by use and when is not possible to determine the cause of the malfunction inasmuch it is linked to external factors(for example for the batteries tension regulator doesn't charge or charges too much, charge holders, incorrect use by the client, ecc...). In those cases only manufacturer's warranty is valid. Products that, after a control, do not fullfill the requests for the warranty will be sent back to the customer at his house at his own cost.
In every case, THIRD GENERATION doesn't take any responsability and can't be hold to pay for any type of damage, of every sort, direct or undirect, incidental or consecuentive, suffered by the client for an improper use of the item.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
As written in art. 64 del D.Lgs. n. 206/2005, the client has the right to annull the contract for any reason, without explanations and penalties, except the next articles.
To exercise the right of withdrawal or return, all shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except for proven errors by the Third Generation company such as wrong size or product not compliant with what was ordered.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a communication to the THIRD GENERATION within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products. This communication can be sent by email to email@example.com or by registered letter with return receipt, addressed to THIRD GENERATION, Via Sant'Agostino 11A, 12084 Mondovì (CN). Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, the instructions on how to return will be quickly communicated to the customer, assigning, if necessary, a unique RMA code for the return of the product/s, which must reach THIRD GENERATION within 14 days from the authorization. For this purpose, the delivery date of the shipper will be considered.
The acquired good has to be sent back intact, unused, complete in all of it's parts and in the original package (including packing material and all documentation and accessories spare parts, batteries,chargers, cables, ecc.). In addition, for the purposes of the refund and the tax cancellation of the transaction, the receipt or invoice must be returned together with the product. To limit damage on the original package we reccomend to put it in a second package; in all cases we descourage you to apply any stickers or notices directly on the original package. The client will be provided with a return authorization number (RMA) that has to be aplpied on the outer side of the package, following the indications provided in the authorization mail.
Shipping costs relative to a resend are charged to the customer; Other extra costs at the moment of the order won't be refunded.
The shipping, up to the receivment of the confirmation of receivment in our stockage, is fully under clients responsability.
The right of recess : is applied on the product in its enirety; it's not possible to recess any spare parts, like, for example, accessories and software; it's not applied to audiovisive products or at sealed informatic material (including the ones provided with hardware), once they're open.
In case of damaging during the transportation, THIRD GENERATION will communicate that to the customer (within 5 days upon receiving the item in our stock), so he can quickly make a notification and obtain a refund(if insured)from the courier; in this case, the product will be available for the customer to resend, contemporarily annulling the recess.
THIRD GENERATION won't answerfor any damaged/ stolen goods resen with non insured deliveries.
Upon the arrival in the stock, the product will be examined to consider eventual damage or alteration not derived from the transportation. In the case the original package is damaged, THIRD GENERATION will hold at max a 10% of the value to restore it.
If no costs are charged , THIRD GENERATION will send the payment, within 14 days upon the receiving, by cancellation of the payment made by credit card or bank transfer. In that last case, it would be customer's care to give bank credentials where he can get refunded(Cod. ABI - CAB - IBAN - checking account and support bank of the account owner).
The right of recess decades totally, if the product is not intact (packaging and/or product), in the cases that THIRD GENERATION verifies: the use, even partial of the good and eventual consume materials; lack of package and/or the internal material; the absence of dermining parts (accessories, cables, manuals, spares; The damaging of the product for causes not concerning the shipping.
In the case of decadence of recess, the good will stay at THIRD GENERATION ready to be sent to the customer, at his own cost.
ARTICLES EXCLUDED FROM THE RECESS
The right of recess is not applied in the case we provided tailored or clearly personalized products (colorations,saddles ecc.) or that, for their nature, can't be resent or or they degenerate quickly (electric material). Either, there's no right of recess in relation to products that have to be imported expressively from foreign countries or that have to be built appositely.
