The following payment methods are accepted:

CREDIT CARDS AND PAYPAL: Payment by credit card is accepted at the discretion of the THIRD GENERATION. To correctly carry out a transaction using the order form for credit card purchases, you will be provided with the necessary information. In cases of purchase of products with payment methods by credit card, together with the conclusion of the online purchase, the reference bank will authorize only the commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made. The amount relating to the delivered goods, even partially, will actually be charged to the customer's credit card only upon notification to the THIRD GENERATION by the courier of the material delivery of the ordered goods. In the event that this communication by the courier does not take place or in the event that the communication is not foreseen for certain types of shipment, the THIRD GENERATION not being aware of a certain date of delivery of the ordered product, reserves the right to charge the credit card the day following the shipment of the product or products covered by the customer's order. In the event of withdrawal by the consumer customer or non-acceptance of the order by the THIRD GENERATION, the THIRD GENERATION will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the committed amount. The release times, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and can reach their natural expiry (24th day from the authorization date). The THIRD GENERATION reserves the right to debit the amount of the order placed by the Customer on the credit card of the latter in order to avoid the expiry of the authorization of the transaction which occurs on the 23rd day. The THIRD GENERATION reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (eg landline telephone number) or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the credit card used. In the absence of the requested documentation, the THIRD GENERATION reserves the right not to accept the order. At no time during the purchase procedure is the THIRD GENERATION able to know the information relating to the purchaser's credit card, transmitted via secure connection directly to the website of the bank which manages the transaction. No computer archive of the THIRD GENERATION will keep such data. In no event can THIRD GENERATION therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment for products purchased on the site. Finally, in cases of payment of the amount by the customer by credit card, the THIRD GENERATION cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the transaction which depends exclusively on the third-party company providing the online payment service used from time to time. and which, in any case, will be chosen from among the best-known operators in the sector at a national level. The Customer acknowledges that the forwarding of the purchase order and payment of the consideration takes place through electronic communication networks and services whose correct functioning is extraneous to the sphere of the THIRD GENERATION.

BANK TRANSFER: In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer will receive, by e-mail regarding the receipt of the order, the bank details to make the payment correctly. The shipment of the product will take place only after the amount has been credited. In case of withdrawal by the consumer customer or non-acceptance of the order by the THIRD GENERATION, the refund will be made within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the returned goods or from the communication of non-acceptance of the order. The time required to view the refund depends on the timing associated with the payment instrument.

BILLING: For each order processed, THIRD GENERATION issues a receipt for the material shipped, unless the customer requests the issue of an invoice, sending it by e-mail to the order holder, pursuant to art. 14 Presidential Decree 445/2000. These documents must be kept as proof of purchase for any guarantees. For the issuance of the tax receipt or invoice, the information provided by the customer in the order form shall prevail. Once the tax receipt or invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data entered therein.
