DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
For a matter of speed and safety, our shipments will all be made by express courier. In some cases, upon explicit request and assumption of responsibility by the customer, we can ship the package with another agreed carrier.
Order state can be controlled through the customer account, in the order history.
Once the package has been shipped, the customer will be able to track it via the tracking link provided at the time of shipment
Shipping costs are charged on the total price of the order, Total price is the total amount that the customer has to pay. We won't charge any additional price to that.
No responsibilities can be ascribed to THIRD GENERATION for any delays on the shipping times. THIRD GENERATION's service is fullfilled in the moment the package gets in courier's hands. The delivery of the item is intended at street level, if no other informations are given from the customer service.
In the moment of the delivery the customer has to check:
1)that the parcel number is the same as on the mail we sent earlier;
2) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or has the packing materials untouched(adhesive tape,metal support). Any damage to the packaging or the product MUST be IMMEDIATELY complained to the courier, by writing GOODS UNCHECKED on the delivery proof (specifing the reason ex. "damaged packaging","opened packaging"). After the customer signs the delivery documents, no opposition can be made by the customer regarding the package status. Contingent problems about the integrity, conformity and completeness of the buyed product must be transmitted to THIRD GENERATION within 2 months after the receiving of the product.
In the case the customer doesn't whitdraw the package within 5 days of the warehousing, the product will be sent back to THIRD GENERATION
