Snowboarding that blends with mountaineering, backcountry that blends with freeride, with the sole purpose of fully enjoying winter in its most adventurous guise Speed, fluidity, altitude, adrenaline, woods, powder, ice, skins, ice axes. Comera wants to combine the incredible world of snowboarding with all the wildest and most genuine aspects of the still untouched mountain; away from the slopes, away from the noise. The playground of our boards is the Alps, where our experience has grown and for which we design and build our boards. An adventure undertaken by Berna (Davide Bernasconi) in 2014 who, animated by a great passion for the mountains but above all for the snow, immediately infected the "friends for furs" Moretz (Marco Moretti) and Pietro Marzorati. A bet on themselves and on the ever clearer direction that the world of snowboarding is taking, increasingly oriented towards freeride which, in all its aspects, remains our guiding star. An ambitious, young project with a great desire to grow. A line of boards which, in addition to being built by snowboarders for snowboarders, also follow an environment-friendly ethic, trying to minimize waste in all stages of production. A note on the name: Comera (the accent goes on the "o") takes its name from the most direct, steep and aesthetic canal that dominates Monte Resegone, in a variety of scenarios that offer small steep and dusty gems overlooking the city of Lecco.
