Product Details
Thanks to innovative materials, modern manufacturing processes, and intelligent grooves on the shovel blade, this avalanche shovel weighs minimally (440g*) yet offers torsional rigidity. For the shovel shaft, we use high-quality 7075 T6 aluminum, which is very light yet extremely stable. The shovel blade is made of 6061 T6 aluminum. Thanks to the telescopic shaft with quick-release device, this lightweight avalanche shovel is easy to adjust. Furthermore, thanks to the practical insertion function, it is suitable for both left- and right-handed users. The easy-to-store shovel blade of the SHOVEL PRO LIGHT is equipped with an anti-slip feature to prevent slipping while shoveling. The sharp blade with an incident profile ensures optimal performance. High side edges and a pronounced center rib give this lightweight avalanche shovel the necessary torsional rigidity. Thanks to the grooves in the material, the SHOVEL PRO LIGHT is not only lighter, but also suitable for building an emergency sled and setting up anchors in the snow. It is also compatible with the PRO ALU III shaft and fits perfectly in all ORTOVOX backpacks. The SHOVEL PRO LIGHT is the ideal companion for our light sheep on mountaineering trips, because with less weight on its shoulders, it is full of energy for fantastic adventures in the snow.
