The Incline was inspired by the "Kofel", an extraordinarily beautiful peak located right outside our European headquarters in Oberammergau, Germany. Kofel is an extreme peak in its own way that encompasses many different aspects, beautiful uphill, beautiful downhill. Our new Incline is a bit like this: extreme, concentrated technologies, excellent and without too many compromises both uphill with the split or on foot on rock or with crampons on hard snow and ice and downhill on any type of snow (even in track!). Equipped with some of the best technologies available today such as the new Vibram® Backcountry sole made of Icetrek ™ and Arctic Grip ™ and the new Cut and Buff Eva midsole that offer grip, flexibility and secure support on any terrain with minimal weight to allow you to reach any peak safely. For full backcountry functionality, we have also developed a new shaped heel for quick attachment of crampons and a new rubber toe protection that make it a snowboard boot that is fully compatible with classic and semi-automatic crampons. The Hike`N`Ride construction and the ability to adjust the front inclination allow a comfortable "splitboard mode" up to the summit, while the Auto Power strap, the internal ankle support and the Flex Link design increase downhill performance. Snowboarders who love backcountry have different preferences for different days or types of terrain which creates a demand for different levels of flexibility which is why we have added 2 levels of flex to our Power Tongue thus offering three stiffness options easily interchangeable. Warm feet won't be a problem thanks to the reflective aluminum Therminathor Shield under the sole, while quick lace adjustments will be easy to perform with the proven Re / Lace Liner Locker System!
