The Mind Expander by Jones Snowboards is the right Splitboard for every rider who has a playful approach to snowboarding when shredding the backcountry.

Designed by surf shapers Chris Christenson and Jeremy Jones, the splitboard features a directional hybrid shape with a blunt nose for epic float in powder and a full-size tail for true freestyle performance. Rounded off with a short sidecut for crisp turns.
New for 22/23, the Mind Expander Split has a Surf Camber profile for better edge hold in variable conditions

Product Details

The stance has been moved forward by 20 mm to improve carving performance. To maintain the playful board feel, the Control Split Core has a V-Core profile that gives the board a softer flex between the feet for easy turn initiation and a stiffer flex in the tips to keep you from buckling the nose.
For improved grip on icy slopes or firm descents, the Mind Expander Split features Inner/Outer Traction Tech 1.0 edges. For excellent torsional connection of the board in ride mode, Jones has equipped the Mind Expander Split with Boltless Bridge as well as Karakoram Ultra Clips 2.0 and Tip-Lock Tip Clips.
